摘要
PDCA循环作为一种质量管理工具,可有效提升党建工作的专业化、精细化和科学化。党的建设和文化建设密不可分,本文通过运用PDCA循环分析当前公立医院中存在的关于党的建设对文化建设引领性不强、党务工作与临床业务融合度不够、文化建设对于党建工作和业务发展指引性不足等问题,按照计划、实施、检查、改进4个步骤推进党建工作引领文化建设持续开展,推动了具有精神卫生特色的党建文化品牌建设,促进了党建服务与业务工作的融合创新,满足了人民群众的心理健康服务诉求。
As a quality management tool,the PDCA cycle can effectively improve party construction to be more specialized,detailed and scientific.Party construction and cultural construction are inseparable.This paper applied PDCA cycle to analyze the problems existing in public hospitals,such as lack of leadership of party construction in cultural construction,insufficient integration of party work and clinical business,and lack of hospital culture in guiding party building and business development.In accordance with the PDCA cycle,the paper promoted the continuous development of cultural construction,creating specific party building culture with mental health.The integration and innovation of party building services and business work was improved to satisfy the people’s need for mental health services.
