由护士主导的“互联网+医护整合照护”服务模式实践探索

目的为探索最佳的互联网护理服务模式提供参考。方法通过SWOT分析法、专家咨询、实践构建“互联网+医护整合照护”服务模式,并对该模式进行实践、反思。结果建立“互联网+医护整合照护”服务模式、管理制度以及运行机制,服务满意度达100%。结论实施“互联网+医护整合照护”服务模式提高了医院护理延续服务的能力,促进了“互联网+护理服务”良性发展,值得推广。

Objective To explore the best mode for Internet-based nursing service.Methods Through the SWOT analysis,expert consultation and practice,“Internet+integrated health care”mode was constructed,practiced and reflected on.Results The service mode,management system and operation mechanism of the“Internet+integrated medical care”mode were established.The service satisfaction rate reached 100%.Conclusion Through the implementation of the“Internet+integrated health care”mode,the ability of providing continued care services of our hospital has been improved,and the healthy development of“Internet+nursing service”has been promoted,which is worth promoting.
