Structure Optimization of Optical Compensator Design of Parabolic Lens

摘要 抛物镜归一和重整化后的Offner补偿器设计可以被认为是在参数空间寻优的确定化问题。通过构建抛物镜Offner补偿器优化结构实例,获得其评价函数在参数空间的分布,得到Offner补偿器设计结果参照图谱,提出一种对补偿器设计初始结构选择和性能评价的方法,结果揭示了该问题可以通过数值方法得到较好解决。 The design of Offner compensator after paraboloid normalization and renormalization can be regarded as a deterministic problem of optimization in parameter space.The evaluation function distribution in the parameter space is obtained by constructing an example of optimizing the structure of the Offner compensator of the parabolic lens,then the reference map of the design results of the Offner compensator is obtained.A method for selecting the initial structure and evaluating the performance of the compensator is proposed,and the results show that the problem can be solved by numerical method.
