海外中西医结合发展动态及建议

Development and Suggestions of Overseas Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于中医药工作的系列重要论述,积极推动中医药“走出去”,从北美结合医学学术中心联盟和海外中医药中心入手,对海外中西医结合发展动态进行了调研,分析其中存在的问题,并就北美结合医学中心与我国中医药海外中心中西医合作发展的模式进行了对比。研究发现,北美结合医学中心对中医药整体认同度不高,而中医药海外中心建设缺少对当地健康文化的研究,借鉴其他类似国际经验,提出以下建议:一是坚持在传承创新中发挥中医药临床疗效优势;二是探索将文化附加值纳入对中医药海外中心的评估标准;三是探索将跨文化健康研究纳入中医药海外中心的建设内容;四是以医带药持续发力突破中医药“走出去”壁垒。

In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important expositions on traditional Chinese medicine,and actively promote the"going out"of traditional Chinese medicine,this article examines the development of the integration of overseas Chinese and Western medicine from the Integrative Medicine Academic Center Alliance in North American and overseas Chinese medicine centers,investigate and analyze the existing problems,and from which this article also compares the different development models of cooperation between the two medicines.It is found that the North American Integrative Medicine Center does not have a high degree of overall recognition of Chinese medicine,while the overseas Chinese medicine centers lack efforts on local health culture.Drawing on other similar international experiences,the following suggestions are made:Firstly,insist on giving full play to the advantages of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine;secondly,exploreto include the criteria of cultural value in the evaluation of overseas traditional Chinese medicine centers;thirdly,try add up cross-cultural health research into the constructionof oversea traditional Chinese medicine centers;and fourthly,take traditional Chinese medicine techinique as a pioneer for the overall traditional Chinese Medicine Going out.
