基于心身医学角度探讨藏医学取巧诊断法

Exploring Tibetan Medicine’s Skillful Diagnostic Method from the Psychosomatic Medicine Perspective

探讨藏医学取巧诊断法的特点,分析其中所涉心身医学因素,阐述藏医学对身心医学理论的思考。基于心身医学角度,采取文献查阅法、描述性分析、举例法等对藏医学取巧诊断法进行剖析,证实藏医学取巧诊断法具有一定的心身医学理论基础,并在实际诊疗过程中发挥着积极作用。传统医疗体系积累千年的特色诊断法则和治病经验展现出语言学与心理活动变化的密切关系,是应对当前存在的医疗问题(医患关系)的重要手段,值得继承、提炼和发扬。

By exploring the characteristics of Tibetan medicine’s skillful diagnosis method and analyzing the psychosomatic medical factors involved,it is demonstrated that the theory of psychosomatic medicine has also been considered to some extent in Tibetan medicine.At the same time,from the perspective of psychosomatic medicine,a literature review,descriptive analysis,and examples are adopted to dissect the skillful diagnosis method of Tibetan medicine,which proves that the skillful diagnosis method of Tibetan medicine has a theoretical basis in psychosomatic medicine and plays an active role in the actual treatment process.The unique diagnostic rules and treatment experiences accumulated in the traditional medical system for thousands of years show the close relationship between linguistics and changes in psychological activities,and are the best way to deal with the current medical problems(doctor-patient relationship),which is worth inheriting,refining and promoting.
