九味渣驯丸之方源、方解、临床应用考证

九味渣驯丸源自藏医著作《四部医典》,由渣驯、麝香、藏红花、豆蔻、熊胆、榜嘎、甘青青兰、诃子、力嘎都等九味药组成,是治疗消化道热性疾病的常用复方,主要用于培根木布热证期、胃炎、肠炎、胃出血、胆囊炎、查赤热证等疾病,临床疗效确切。采用文献研究与考证、文献综述方法对九味渣驯丸进行基原考证、方解分析、综述临床应用,为此方的深入研究和临床用药提供藏医药理论依据。

Jiuwei Zatsun pill,derived from the Tibetan medical book Four Medical Canon,is composed of Drexun,Musk, Saffron,Cardamom,Bear bile,Pangga,Ganqingqinglan, Terminalia chebula and Ligatu.It is a commonly used compound for the treatment of digestive tract febrile diseases.It is mainly used for Bacon kapok febrile syndrome,gastritis,enteritis,stomach bleeding,cholecystitis,Chachi febrile syndrome and other diseases,with definite clinical efficacy.Using the methods of literature research,textual research and literature review,this paper makes a textual research on the basis of jiuweizhazhun pill,analyzes the formula and summarizes its clinical application,so as to provide a theoretical basis for Tibetan medicine for the in-depth study and clinical medication of this prescription.
