中药旋覆花的本草考证

Textual Research on Materia Medica of Inula Flowers

通过查阅历代本草著作及现代中医药典籍,对旋覆花的释名、基原、道地性与品质评价、采收加工炮炙、性味功效主治进行考证,为临床应用旋覆花药材提供依据。考证结果表明历代旋覆花基原为菊科植物旋覆花Inula japonica Thunb.或欧亚旋覆花Inula britanicaL.的干燥头状花序。旋覆花的产地目前已不局限于湖北随州、河南,全国各地均有产出。古今对旋覆花“苦、辛、咸,微温”的性味记载基本一致,《中国药典》2020年版规定旋覆花功效主治为:“降气,消痰,行水,止呕。用于风寒咳嗽,痰饮蓄结,胸膈痞闷,喘咳痰多,呕吐噫气,心下痞硬。”临床应用旋覆花还用到其“通血脉,益色泽”的功效,因此应补充完善旋覆花功效主治。

By consulting past dynasties of herbal works and modern Chinese medicine classics,the name,origin,authenticity and quality evaluation of Inula flowers,harvesting,processing,roasting,nature and flavor,and indications of Inula flowers medicinal materials are provided for clinical application.Basis.The research results show that the base of Inula flowers in the past generations was originally the dry head of Inula japonica Thunb.or Inula britanica L.of the Compositae family.The origin of Inula flowers is not limited to Suizhou,Hubei,Henan,and is produced all over the country.The ancient and modern records of the"bitter,pungent,salty,and lukewarm"nature and flavor of Inula flowers are basically the same.The 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the efficacy of Inula flowers is:"lowering qi,eliminating phlegm,running water,and relieving vomiting".Wind-cold cough,phlegm accumulation,tightness in the chest and diaphragm,excessive sputum and sputum,vomiting and gasping,and hard puffiness under the heart."Inula flowers is also used in its clinical application to"pass the blood and improve the color and luster"effect,which should be supplemented and improved.Inula flowers has effects and indications.
