交通拥堵与某医院门诊人次的关系研究

Study on the relationship between traffic congestion and outpatient visits in a hospital

目的分析交通拥堵状况和精神专科医院就诊人次的关系,了解交通拥堵状况对于患者就医的影响,为针对性地进行门诊管理提供依据。方法收集2019年4月1日—9月30日北京市某精神专科医院门诊就诊患者相关信息和交通拥堵指数的数据,采用相关性分析和回归分析方法,分析交通拥堵指数和北京某精神专科医院各类患者门诊量之间的关系。结果研究共收集96063名患者信息,日均患者为(627.85±171.22)人次,日拥堵指数为(1.96±0.27),早高峰拥堵指数为(1.70±0.36),晚高峰拥堵指数为(1.96±0.25)。日平均交通拥堵指数与当日初诊患者数、复诊患者数、男女性患者数、不同年龄患者门诊量之间呈正相关(P<0.05);日平均交通拥堵指数与后1 d患者的门诊量之间无相关性(P>0.05);而每日早高峰交通拥堵指数与当日和后1 d的患者门诊量均存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论每日的交通拥堵指数与患者就诊人次存在着关联,在医院的管理中应当将交通拥堵的状况作为服务量评估的一个重要因素,以实现资源的优化配置。

Objective To analyze the relationship between traffic congestion and the number of visits in a psychiatric hospital,understand the impact of traffic congestion on patients'medical treatment,and to provide a basis for targeted outpatient management.Methods To collect the relevant information of outpatients of a psychiatric hospital in Beijing and traffic congestion index data from April 1 to September 30,2019,and analyze the relationship between the traffic congestion index and the outpatient volume of various patients of a psychiatric hospital in Beijing by using the analysis methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results A total of 96063 patients'information was collected.The average daily patient was(627.85±171.22)person-times,the daily traffic congestion index was(1.96±0.27),the daily morning traffic congestion index was(1.70±0.36),and the afternoon traffic congestion index was(1.96±0.25).The daily average traffic congestion index was positively correlated with the number of newly diagnosed patients,the number of returning patients,the number of male and female patients,and the number of outpatients at different ages(P<0.05);there was no correlation between daily average traffic congestion index and the number of patients in the next day(P>0.05);the daily morning peak traffic congestion index was positively correlated with the outpatient volume on the same day and the next day(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a correlation between the daily traffic congestion index and the number of patient visits.In the hospital management,the situation of traffic congestion should be taken as an important factor in the service quality assessment to realize the optimal allocation of resources.
