Effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease with heart failure

目的探究冠心病心力衰竭患者接受美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果,为其临床治疗方案的制订和临床疗效的提升提供参考。方法选取2020年1月—2021年3月在高唐县人民医院接受治疗的冠心病心力衰竭患者92例,以抽签法分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能、炎症因子及血浆BNP水平。结果治疗前,两组各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者LVEF水平为(59.81±5.07)%,高于对照组的(53.52±4.95)%,LVESD和LVEDD水平为(34.16±2.35)mm和(50.82±3.17)mm,低于对照组的(40.29±3.03)mm和(57.61±2.91)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、BNP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪可有效提高冠心病心力衰竭的临床治疗效果,改善患者心功能,降低炎性因子表达水平与血浆BNP水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure,so as to provide reference for the formulation of clinical treatment plan and the improvement of clinical effect.Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure treated in Gaotang County People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by lot with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group added metoprolol combined with trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function,the levels of inflammatory factors and plasma BNP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF in the observation group was(59.81±5.07)%,which was higher than(53.52±4.95)%in the control group,and the levels of LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were(34.16±2.35)mm and(50.82±3.17)mm,which were lower than(40.29±3.03)mm and(57.61±2.91)mm in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and BNP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine could effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of coronary heart disease with heart failure,improve cardiac function,and reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors and plasma BNP level.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
