血液透析联合灌流在终末期肾病中的护理进展

终末期肾病是指一组处于终末期的慢性肾脏疾病,对患者身体健康造成严重影响,严重时能直接导致患者死亡。一般来说,终末期肾病的诊断标准是肾小球滤过率<15 ml/(min×1.73 m2)。近年来,临床上多采用血液透析联合灌流的方式对终末期肾病患者进行治疗。在临床上特别是治疗尿毒症的时候,血液透析是很常见的一种治疗方法,其将患者身体内的血液与透析器内的溶液进行交换,以确保患者体内电解质和酸碱度的平衡。但是在治疗的过程中发现,进行血液透析的患者,在其体内可以检查到有大分子物质的积累,所以,在对患者进行治疗的时候,一定要做好透析液吸附以及对流的工作,清除透析液中的大分子物质,保证治疗效果。相关研究显示,血液灌流能辅助血液透析清除中、大分子毒素,在终末期肾病治疗中有良好的效果。本文简要介绍了血液透析联合灌流的治疗方法,并对治疗过程中的护理进展进行综,旨在为终末期肾病患者的治疗和护理提供参考性建议。

End-stage renal disease refers to a group of chronic kidney diseases at their end stage,which has a serious impact on the patient's health,and can directly lead to death of patients in the serious cases.In general,the diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease is a glomerular filtration rate of less than 15 ml/(min×1.73 m2).In recent years,patients with end-stage renal disease have been treated by hemodialysis combined with perfusion.Clinically,especially for the treatment of uremia,hemodialysis is one of the very common treatment methods,which exchanges the blood in the patient's body with the solution in the dialyzer to ensure the balance of electrolyte and acid-base degree in the patient's body.However,in the process of treatment,it is found that patients undergoing hemodialysis can detect the accumulation of macromolecules substance in their bodies,therefore,in the treatment of patients,we must do a good job of dialysate adsorption and convection,which can clear the macromolecular material in dialysate,to ensure the effect of treatment.Relevant studies have shown that hemoperfusion can assist hemodiaysis in removing middle-macro molecule toxins,and has a good effect in the treatment of endstage renal disease.This article briefly introduces the treatment methods of hemodialysis combined with perfusion,and reviews the nursing progress in the treatment process,aiming to provide reference suggestions for the treatment and nursing of patients with end-stage renal disease.
