延续性护理在脑卒中患者中的应用研究进展

Research progress on the application of continuous nursing in stroke patients

脑卒中又被称为脑血管意外或中风,属于临床较为常见、多发的一种急性脑血管疾病,具体指的是因为脑部血管突然破裂或者是因为血管阻塞导致血液无法流入大脑而引起的脑组织损伤,这一疾病具有相对较高的致残率与致死率。对于脑卒中患者来说其在接受治疗后可能会留下后遗症,对患者日后的生活以及预后均有着一定的不良影响,因此做好患者的康复护理以及出院后护理十分重要。延续性护理是一种新型护理模式,是确保患者在不同健康照顾场所以及同一照顾场所受到的连续性与协作性的照顾,一般指的是从医院到家庭的延续。对延续性护理的概念进行分析后发现其更加符合脑卒中患者的护理需求,可以为处于康复期的脑卒中患者提供持续性的医疗服务,为提高患者的康复效果提供了基础。近年来,延续性护理在脑卒中患者中有了越来越多的应用。因此,本文对延续性护理在脑卒中患者中的应用研究进展进行综述,以提高脑卒中患者的康复与预后效果。

Stroke is a common and frequently occurring acute cerebrovascular disease also known as the cerebrovascular accident or apoplexy.Specifically it refers to the brain tissue damage caused by the sudden rupture of blood vessels in the brain or the inability of blood to flow into the brain due to vascular blockage,and the disease has a relatively high disability and mortality rate.For stroke patients,sequelae may be left after treatment,which has certain adverse effects on patients future life and prognosis.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in patients'rehabilitation nursing and post discharge nursing.Continuous nursing is a new nursing mode,which ensures the continuous and collaborative care of patients in different health care places and the same care place.It generally refers to the continuity from hospital to family.After analyzing the concept of continuous nursing,it is found that it is more in line with the nursing needs of stroke patients,which can provide continuous medical services for stroke patients in the rehabilitation period,and provides the basis for improving the rehabilitation effect of patients.In recent years,continuous nursing has been more and more used in stroke patients.Therefore,this paper reviews the research progress of continuous nursing in stoke patient,in order to improve the effect of rehabilitation and prognosis of stroke patients.
