助产士分层管理模式在临床中的研究进展

Research progress of the hierarchical management mode of midwives in clinical practice

助产是保证分娩过程中母婴安全的关键性环节,不仅包括产时的指导护理,还包括产前的指导和健康宣教。因此,助产士专业素质的高低将直接影响到产房的护理质量。《2014年世界助产状况报告》中指出,助产士可以满足产妇和新生儿87%的基本护理服务要求,在改善妇幼保健工作中发挥着重要的作用,故采取科学合理的助产士管理模式是提高其综合素质的重要方式,对产科护理质量的改善具有较大的影响,是产房分娩安全性的重要保障。WHO相关研究指出,每名助产士每年可为175名孕产妇提供助产服务。但目前,部分助产士由于学历、经验等方面的差异,对专业知识的掌握水平较为有限,需针对性给予相应的培训管理。而部分助产士具备较强的专业技能及临床经验,却时常得不到充分的发挥。因此,本文建议将助产士分层管理应用于产房的护理管理中,以合理分配其临床优势,充分发挥助产士的临床作用。

Midwifery is a key link to ensure the safety of mothers and babies during childbirth.It includes not only guidance and care during delivery,but also prenatal guidance and health education.Therefore,the professional quality of midwives will directly affect the quality of care in the delivery room.The 2014 World Midwifery Report pointed out that midwives can meet 87%of the basic nursing care for women and newborns,and play an important role in improving maternal and child health care.Therefore,adopting a scientific and reasonable midwife management model is an important way to improve their overall quality,which has a greater impact on the improvement of obstetric care quality,and is an important guarantee for the safety of delivery in the delivery room.According to relevant WHO research,each midwife can provide midwifery services to 175 pregnant women each year.However,due to differences in academic qualifications and experience,some midwives have a limited level of professional knowledge,and they need to be given corresponding training management.However,some midwives have strong professional skills and clinical experience,but they often fail to give full play to them.Therefore,this article recommends applying the hierarchical management of midwives to the nursing management of the delivery room to reasonably allocate their clinical advantages and give full play to the clinical role of midwives.
