土石坝筑坝材料的规划、碾压试验和施工质控研究

Research on Planning,Rolling Test and Construction Quality Control of Earth-rock Dam Materials

土石坝筑坝材料可先直接从工程中各建筑物开挖料中可用料的分类堆放和控制选取,后期不足再由备用料场提供,这已成为工程项目建设各参与方的共识。但对于如何规划和最大化地利用好各建筑物开挖料中的可用料,在实际工程项目中,还是不容易完全做得好的。结合实际工程施工经验,阐述土石坝工程怎样规划选择筑坝材料的料源,并通过碾压试验得到施工质控参数,及施工过程中应注意的一些问题,提出见解和认识。

Materials for earth-rock dam construction can be directly selected from excavation materials for each building in the project,and then provided by spare material yard for shortage in the later period.This has become the consensus of all participants in project construction.However,it is not easy to do a good job in actual engineering project on how to plan and maximize the available materials in excavation materials for each building.Based on actual construction experience,this paper elaborates how to plan and select material sources for earthrock dam construction.The construction quality control parameters are obtained by rolling test and some problems needing attention during construction are put forward.
