龙井湾混凝土重力坝主体工程施工方案研究

摘要 针对龙井湾水库坝址区河谷狭窄、山体陡峭、现状无道路施工条件差、施工干扰较大等问题,综合考虑大坝枢纽布置和填筑混凝土技术要求,从施工关键路线、坝体填筑分期、施工方法等方面,对重力坝主体工程施工方案进行了分析。论证结果表明:施工组织设计方案中的自密实混凝土指标、混凝土生产工艺和大坝浇筑施工分期等关键内容,与工程实际具有良好匹配性,能满足工程施工导流和安全度汛等需求,确保了工程施工质量与施工工期。 There are some problems in the dam site area of Longjingwan Reservoir,such as narrow valley,steep mountain,no poor road construction conditions and large construction interference.Considering the layout of dam complex and the technical requirements for filling concrete comprehensively,the construction scheme of gravity dam main works is analyzed from the aspects of key construction routes,filling stages and construction methods.The demonstration results show that the key contents of self-compacting concrete index,concrete production process and construction stages of dam placing in the construction organization design scheme are well matched with the actual project,which can meet the requirements of diversion and safety flood season,and ensure the construction quality and construction period of the project.
