国土空间规划对企业转型的作用

Role of Land Space Planning in Enterprise Transformation

随着传统水电业务量的减少,水电勘测设计企业(以下简称“企业”)积极拓展转型业务,走向多元化、国际化的发展道路。国土空间规划作为将来唯一的法定性综合规划,对企业的转型发展具有积极的作用。简要分析了企业现状面临的形势和转型发展思路,在此基础上提出了国土空间规划的实施对企业转型发展带来的机遇。企业通过主导国土空间规划的编制,能够更好地抓住发展机遇,有助于企业转型。

With the reduction of traditional hydropower business,hydropower survey and design enterprises actively expand transformation business and go towards a diversified and international development path.As the only legal comprehensive planning in the future,land space planning plays an active role in the transformation and development of enterprises.This paper briefly analyses the current situation faced by enterprises and the ideas of transformation and development,and on this basis,puts forward the opportunities brought by the implementation of land and space planning to the transformation and development of enterprises.Enterprises can better seize the development opportunities and help enterprises to transform by leading the compilation of land and space planning.
