人工砂石料单价的编制与研究

Preparation and Research on Unit Price of Artificial Sandstone Material

砂石料是水利水电建设工程的主要建筑材料,其单价对工程的造价和效益有直接影响。从人工砂石料单价的计算方法入手阐述了工序单价法的编制过程,并以鱼塘水库为例总结合理的砂石料单价编制和计算方法。合理编制砂石料单价对整个工程造价的确定和控制起到至关重要的作用。

Sandstone material is the main building material for hydraulic and Hydropower projects,and its unit price has a direct impact on the cost and benefit of the project.In this paper,the compilation process of process unit price method is elaborated from the calculation method of unit price of artificial aggregate.Taking the Yutang Reservoir as an example,this paper summarizes the reasonable preparation and calculation method of unit price of sandstone material.Reasonable preparation of unit price of sand and stone material plays a vital role in determining and controlling the cost of the whole project.
