Application of Intelligent Management Platform for Migrant Workers in TB Hydropower Project

通过TB水电站工程现场业主近年来对农民工管理工作实践,对新时期大型水电工程农民工管理面临的新形势新要求,以及开发建设一个信息平台的必要性、实用性,平台的主要内容、操作流程,上线运行以来取得的成效以及目前存在问题等进行全面论述。

Through the recent years'practice in the management of migrant workers,this paper introduces the new situation and requirements faced by the management of migrant workers in large-scale hydropower projects in the new period,and elaborates the necessity and practicability of developing and constructing an information platform.This paper comprehensively introduces the main content,operation process,achievements since running on line and existing problems of the platform.
