论泉州市彭村水库改变运行调度方式

Changing Operation and Dispatching Mode of Pengcun Reservoir in Quanzhou City

通过阐述彭村水库下游的泉州市德化县中心城区生产、生活、生态需求用水量迅速增加的客观事实,分析彭村水库现状调度方式存在不足,论述彭村水库改变现有运行方式的必要性,说明彭村水库对防洪、供水、生态、发电等各种情况科学调度的对策及改变运行方式后可以达到满足德化各种用水的效果,提出实现进一步科学调度的政策、技术、经济等具体措施。

This paper describes the objective fact that water demand for production,living and ecology in Dehua County,Quanzhou City,downstream of Pengcun Reservoir is increasing rapidly.It analyses the shortcomings of Pengcun Reservoir's current operation mode,and discusses the necessity of Pengcun Reservoir changing its existing operation mode.Pengcun Reservoir can satisfy all kinds of water consumption in Dehua by scientific dispatching countermeasures and changing operation mode according to various situations such as flood control,water supply,ecology and power generation.This paper puts forward specific measures such as policy,technology and economy to realize further scientific dispatching.
