摘要
海堤工程的建设有效解决了沿海城市内涝问题,但目前许多老旧海堤由于施工质量较差,普遍老化,出现稳定性安全和渗漏等问题,亟需加固。以万顷沙联围海堤加固工程实践为背景,对工程建设中土方填筑工程、抛石护脚工程、格宾网垫护面、护面混凝土及模板工程、钢筋埋件工程、堤顶路面施工和景观绿化工程7个方面的施工工艺和技术要求进行研究,并在工程控制中建立“人、机、料、法、环、测”6要素、PDCA循环的工程质量管理体系,较好地保障工程的质量和效益。
The construction of seawall works effectively solves the problems of waterlogging in coastal cities.However,many old seawalls are in urgent need of reinforcement due to poor construction quality,general aging,stability,safety and leakage.Taking Wanqinsha Joint Seawall Project as the background,this paper studies the construction technology and technical requirements in 7 aspects:earthwork filling project,riprap foot protection project,grid bin mat cover,concrete cover and formwork project,reinforcement embedment project,embankment top pavement construction and landscape greening project.The project quality management system with 6 elements of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement and PDCA cycle is established in the project control to better guarantee the quality and benefit of the project.
