Exploration and Practice of Aviation Professional Talent Training Mode under the Strategy of“Three Highs and Four News”

在湖南大力推进“三高四新”战略背景下,航空产业迎来高质量发展阶段,高素质职业人才的紧缺成为了制约企业发展的重要因素。通过对当前湖南航空产业人才需求进行调查研究,剖析当前航空类职业教育存在的薄弱环节,在课程结构优化、重点企业合作、师资队伍建设三个方面开展探索与实践,培养与“三高四新”战略相适应的航空职业人才。

Under the background of Hunan vigorously promoting the strategy of“three highs and four news”,the aviation industry has ushered in a stage of high-quality development,and the shortage of high-quality professional talents has become an important factor restricting the development of enterprises.Through the investigation and research on the current talent demand of the aviation industry in Hunan,the weak links in the current aviation vocational education are analyzed,and the exploration and practice are carried out in the three aspects of curriculum structure optimization,key enterprise cooperation,and teacher team construction,and training and“three high and four new”aspects are carried out to fit for the aviation professionals.
