高职院校基层党建宣传工作是关系到青年学生思想政治和意识形态教育的一项重要工作。微文化新特征背景下,高职院校党建宣传出现与学生实际脱节、情感缺失问题,湖南汽车工程职业学院机电工程学院学生党支部就党建宣传问题开展研究,实施了微文化浸润式宣传策略,成效显著。

The grassroots party building propaganda work in higher vocational colleges is an important work related to the ideological and politica education of young students.Under the background of the new characteristics of micro-culture,the party building propaganda in higher vocational colleges has problems of disconnection from the actual situation of students and lack of emotion.The Student Party Branch of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College conducted research on the issue of party building propaganda,and implemented a micro-culture infiltration propaganda strategy with remarkable results.
