With the development of the times and the progress of society and the arrival of the information age,network new media technology has also been developed and applied in student management.This paper studies the application of network new media technology in the management of mechanical students,first discusses the basic connotation and characteristics of new media,then analyzes the impact of network new media on the management of mechanical students,and finally focuses on how to improve the innovative application effect of network new media in the management of mechanical students putting forward relevant suggestions for reference.
