摘要
为了实现对不同热管理系统设计的评测和研究,设计搭建了基于 CAN 总线通讯交互的动力电池热管理系统测试平台。通过对一款电池包进行高温冷却、低温加热、保温性能试验研究,表明该测试平台功能运行正常,验证了电池热管理系统基本控制策略的正确性,为更多热管理系统试验的开发建立了基础。
In order to realize the evaluation and research on the design of different thermal management systems,a test platform for the traction battery thermal management system based on CAN bus communication interaction was designed and built.Through high-temperature cooling,low-temperature heating,and heat preservation performance test research on a battery pack,it is shown that the test platform is functioning normally,which verifies the correctness of the basic control strategy of the battery thermal management system,and establishes the foundation for the development of more thermal management system tests.
