摘要 随着制造技术的发展及人力资源成本的提高。智能制造已成为制造型企业转型发展的目标。等速传动轴是汽车重要的底盘零部件,实现智能装配技术的实现对企业智能制造的实现具有重要意义。本研究基于对等速传动轴智能装配应用的现状分析,提出了三销节压装为实现等速传动轴智能装配的关键技术。通过对三销节压装的过程研究,开发了三销节自动压入及卡簧自动压入技术,实现了等速传动轴总成的智能装配。 With the development of manufacturing technology and the increase of human resource cost,intelligent manufacturing has become the goal of transformation and development of manufacturing enterprises.The constant velocity drive shaft is an important chassis component of an automobile,and the realization of intelligent assembly technology is of great significance to the realization of enterprise intelligent manufacturing.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the application of the intelligent assembly of the constant speed drive shaft,this research proposes that the three-pin joint press-fit is the key technology to realize the intelligent assembly of the constant speed drive shaft.Through the research on the process of pressing the three-pin joint,the technology of automatic pressing of the three-pin joint and automatic pressing of the circlip has been developed,and the intelligent assembly of the constant speed drive shaft assembly has been realized.
