国六柴油车PEMS与Lug-Down排放测试对比研究

摘要 以一辆满足国六排放标准的重型柴油车为研究对象,通过更换不同劣化件的方式改变车辆排放水平,并分别使用车载排放测试(PEMS)与加载减速法(Lug-Down)测试分别进行试验,通过测试方法、数据计算方法及测试结果对比研究两种测试方法的差异性与一致性。研究结果表明,PEMS测试结果更准确,Lug-Down测试较为方便快捷,两种测试方法计算结果在变化趋势上有良好的一致性,但通过率相差较大,Lug-Down测试的综合通过率为100.0%,远高于PEMS测试的28.6%,因此Lug-Down测试已无法对国六在用柴油车进行有效监督,为此本文提出几点建议,为在用柴油车排放监管和标准修订提供一定的科学依据。 Taking a heavy-duty diesel vehicle that meets the emission standard of National Sixth as the research object,the emission level of the vehicle was changed by changing diff erent deteriorated parts,and the Portable Emissions Measurement System(PEMS)and Lug-Down Cycle(Lug-Down)were used to carry out the tests respectively.Through the test method,data calculation method and The test results were compared to study the diff erences and consistency of the two test methods.The research results show that the PEMS test results are more accurate,and the Lug-Down test is more convenient and fast.The calculation results of the two test methods have good consistency in the change trend,but the pass rate is quite diff erent.The comprehensive pass rate of the Lug-Down test is 100.0%,it is much higher than the 28.6%of the PEMS test,so the Lug-Down test can no longer eff ectively supervise the diesel vehicles in use in China VI.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions to provide a certain scientifi c basis for the emission supervision and standard revision of diesel vehicles in use.
