基于工程车辆应急制动系统的应用研究

摘要 露天矿区封闭场景下的无人驾驶工程车行车过程中,当主制动EBS系统出现致命故障时,EBS系统执行失效即不受减速度指令控制,车辆安全无法得到保障;本文提出了一种应急制动系统并在工程车辆上得到了实施及应用,应急制动系统启动后,可替代行车制动(EBS)执行无人驾驶系统制动命令实现行车过程紧急制动动作;实际运行结果表明,应急制动具备紧急时刻无人驾驶运行安全保障功能。 In the process of automatic driving under the closed scenario of open-pit mining area,the EBS system of the engineering vehicle can not controlled by deceleration command when it has a fatal fault.The vehicle safety can not be guaranteed.In this case the article puts forward an emergency braking system which is already applied on engineering vehicle.In the process of driving it can replace EBS system to execute braking command of automatic system for emergency braking when the emergency braking system starts work.The actual operation results show that the emergency brake system has the function of ensuring the safety of automatic driving during the emergency period.
