摘要
在交通事故车速的实际鉴定中,轿车不具备读取电子数据时,轿车正面碰撞事故和追尾碰撞事故中的车速计算往往比较困难。我们要了解正面碰撞事故和追尾碰撞事故的碰撞形式,虽然正面碰撞和追尾碰撞都是一维碰撞,车速的分析方法相近,但二者碰撞时速度、有效碰撞速度和塑性变形量的计算方法亦有所不同,只有选用正确的计算方法分析正面碰撞事故和追尾碰撞事故中的车速,才能为公安机关提供科学、公正、客观的鉴定结论。
In the actual identification of vehicle speed in traffic accidents,when the car does not have the ability to get electronic data,it is often difficult to calculate the vehicle speed in frontal and rear-end collisions.We want to know about the collision patterns of frontal and rear-end collisions.Although both frontal and rear-end collisions are one-dimensional collisions,and the analysis methods of vehicle speed are similar,the calculation methods of the collision speed,effective collision speed and plastic deformation amount are also different.Only by choosing the correct calculation method to analyze the vehicle speed in frontal collision accidents and rear-end collisions,we can provide scientific,fair and objective appraisal conclusions for the public security organs.
