河南省智慧农业发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Smart Agriculture in Henan Province

通过对河南省智慧农业的发展现状分析,发现河南省智慧农业目前存在着资金投入力度不够、农民综合素质难以达到智慧农业的发展要求及农业信息化水平较低的问题,该文结合相关数据,对河南省的智慧农业发展提出注重培养智慧农业高质量人才、加快推进智慧农业信息化建设及完善融资体系和加大资金投入力度的对策和建议,以期对区域智慧农业的发展产生参考意义和思考价值。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of smart agriculture in Henan Province,it is found that there are some problems in Henan smart agriculture,such as insufficient capital investment,the difficulty of farmers'comprehensive quality to meet the development requirements of smart agriculture and the low level of agricultural informatization,combined with relevant data.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on cultivating high-quality talents of smart agriculture,accelerating the construction of smart agricultural informatization,perfecting the financing system and increasing capital investment for the development of smart agriculture in Henan province.It is expected to have reference significance and thinking value for the development of regional smart agriculture.
