安徽省皖南山区农民可持续发展能力评价与分析--基于635份农户调研数据实证结果

Evaluation and Analysis of Sustainable Development Ability of Farmers in the Mountain Area of Southern Anhui--Based on the Empirical Results of 635 Farmer Household Survey Data

基于安徽皖南山区8个贫困县720份农户调查问卷,构建农民可持续发展能力评价指标体系,采用AHP模糊评价法,就安徽省皖南山区农民可持续发展能力展开测评。该研究结果表明,当前安徽省皖南山区农民的可持续发展能力总体处于较低水平,突出表现为基本劳动能力偏低、资本积累能力较差、社会参与能力不足及自我发展意识较弱等问题。因此,提出建立健全社会保障体系、提升农户资本的累积与管理、建立更加广泛的社交方式、增强农民自我发展意识的建议。

Based on 720 questionnaires of farmers in 8 poverty-stricken counties in southern Anhui,the evaluation index system of farmers'sustainable development ability was constructed,and the AHP fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the sustainable development ability of farmers in the mountainous area of southern Anhui province.The results show that:at present,the sustainable development ability of farmers in the mountain area of southern Anhui Province is generally at a low level,which is prominently manifested in the low basic labor ability,poor capital accumulation ability,lack of social participation ability and weak awareness of self-development.
