摘要
在对农村女性人力资本相关文献回顾梳理的基础上,阐述陕北农村女性就业及教育培训低效的现状,并从其自身能力、心理赋能、家庭结构和社会环境方面展开原因分析,提出提升该群体人力资本的发展路径,以期为陕北地区乡村振兴提供人力资本支撑。
On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature of rural female human capital,this paper expounds the current situation of the inefficiency of rural female employment and education and training in northern Shaanxi,and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of their own ability,psychological empowerment,family structure and social environment.This paper puts forward the development path of promoting the human capital of this group,in order to provide human capital support for rural revitalization in northern Shaanxi.
