农村公共管理课程参与式教学改革实践与应用型课程建设

摘要 农村公共管理课程聚焦农村,为农业、农村培养高水平管理人才,而在新时期农村社会和经济环境变化的背景下,对提高农村公共管理课程教学质量提出更高要求。参与式教学方式建立在民主平等教学关系基础上,能够提高学生的自主学习能力、解决问题能力及科研创新能力。基于此,该文针对农村公共管理的理论学习目标和实践应用要求,首先分析参与式教学方式的特征,其次探讨参与式教学在农村公共管理课程教学中的创新运用,最后从教学理念、教学模式、教师角色三方面探讨参与式教学在农村公共管理教学中的启示。 The rural public management course focuses on the rural areas to train high-level management personnel for agriculture and rural areas.In the context of the changes of rural social and economic environment in the new period,higher requirements are put forward to improve the teaching quality of rural public management courses.The participatory teaching method is based on democratic and equal teaching relationship,which can improve students'autonomous learning ability,problem-solving ability and scientific research innovation ability.Based on this,according to the theoretical learning objectives and practical application requirements of rural public management,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of participatory teaching,and then discusses the innovative application of participatory teaching in the teaching of rural public management.Finally,it discusses the enlightenment of participatory teaching in rural public management teaching from three aspects:teaching concept,teaching model and teacher's role.
