130 t/h循环流化床锅炉燃烧优化调整试验研究

摘要 通过对金华某热电厂130 t/h CFB锅炉进行燃烧优化调整试验研究,掌握了该锅炉的燃烧特性和NOx排放特性。试验主要对锅炉燃烧氧量、床压、一二次风率等因素进行了调整,对运行参数进行了优化,锅炉效率提高了约0.6%,NOx原始排放质量浓度同比降低了约20%,使锅炉的运行趋于合理,达到了预期效果,可为同类型CFB锅炉运行调整提供借鉴。 The combustion characteristics and NOx emission characteristics of a 130 t/h CFB boiler in a Jinhua thermal power plant were studied through combustion optimization and adjustment test.The experiment mainly adjusted the boiler combustion oxygen,bed pressure,primary and secondary air ratio and other factors,and optimised the operation parameters,which improved the boiler efficiency by about 0.6%,and reduced the original mass concentration of NOx by about 20%compared with the same period of last year,so that the operation of the boiler tended to be reasonable and achieved the desired effect.The test results can provide reference for the operation adjustment of the same type CFB boiler.
