摘要
档案馆智慧化实质是档案馆从其他形态向智慧形态的转化,蕴含的内在逻辑“为何要智慧化—何为智慧化—何以智慧化”。文章从档案馆智慧化的逻辑起点诠释“为何要智慧化”,从档案馆智慧化形成过程和层级结构解读“何为智慧化”,从档案供给、档案治理、业务创新、知识深化、理念重构与文化培育五个操作层面构筑“何以智慧化”。
The essence of archives intellectualization is the transformation of archives from other forms to intelligent forms,which contains the internal logic of"why to be intelligent-what is intelligent-how to be intelligent".This paper expains"why to be intelligent"from the logical starting point of archives intellectualization,interprets"what is intelligent"from the formation process and hierarchical structure of archives intellectualization,and constructs"how to be intelligent"from the five operational levels,which are archives supply,archives management,business innovation,knowledge deepening,concept reconstruction and cultural cultivation.
