锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床有效性及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures

目的研究锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床有效性及安全性。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月北京市朝阳区双桥医院骨科收治的200例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采取传统加压钢板内固定进行治疗,观察组实施锁定加压钢板进行治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间;比较两组患者的治疗总有效率;比较两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床有效性较高,并且安全性极高,能显著提高总有效率,减少并发症,促进患者骨折愈合,减少患者出血量。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods A total of 200 patients with limb fractures admitted to Shuangqiao Hospital of Chaoyang District in Beijing from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group by computer randomly,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional compression plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with locking compression plate.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking compression plate has high clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of limb fractures.It can significantly improve the total effective rate,reduce complications,promote fracture healing and reduce bleeding.
