舒适护理对宫腔镜检查及宫腔镜电切术患者心理状态和生命体征的影响

Effect of comfort nursing on psychological state and vital signs of patients undergoing hysteroscopy and hysteroscopic electrotomy

目的探讨舒适护理对宫腔镜检查及宫腔镜电切术患者心理状态和生命体征的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2021年2月抚州市妇幼保健院(抚州市第二人民医院)拟行宫腔镜检查术及宫腔镜电切术的70例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)与观察组(35例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上接受舒适护理干预。比较两组干预前后心理应激状态及干预后生理应激指标。结果干预前,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理用于宫腔镜检查及宫腔镜电切术患者利于减轻其心理应激反应,改善心率、血压等机体应激指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing on the psychological state and vital signs of patients undergoing hysteroscopy and hysteroscopic electrotomy.Methods From April 2018 to February 2021,70 patients with hysteroscopy and hysteroscopic resection in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Fuzhou Second People′s Hospital)were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comfort nursing intervention on this basis.The psychological stress state and physiological stress indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing for patients with hysteroscopy and hysteroscopic resection can reduce their psychological stress reaction,improve the body stress indexes such as heart rate and blood pressure,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
