目的探讨动态血糖仪监测在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年6月于兖矿集团新里程总医院就诊的88例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规血糖监测,观察组采用动态血糖仪监测血糖。比较两组的血糖水平、生活质量、自我管理能力及护理满意度。结果干预前两组患者的血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平为(5.88±1.47)、(8.13±1.64)mmol/L,低于对照组的(8.27±2.08)、(11.44±2.10)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的WHOQOL-BREF各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的ESCA各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态血糖仪监测在糖尿病患者中应用效果良好,可有效提高患者自我管理能力,稳定血糖水平,提升患者生活质量,改善护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous blood glucose meter monitoring in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 88 diabetic patients treated in New Mile General Hospital of Yankuang Group from August 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine blood glucose monitoring,and the observation group was given dynamic blood glucose monitoring.Blood glucose level,quality of life,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were(5.88±1.47)and(8.13±1.64)mmol/L,which were lower than those in the control group(8.27±2.08)and(11.44±2.10)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the world health organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self-care ability determination scale(ESCA)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The ESCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45%,higher than that of the control group 81.82%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of continuous blood glucose meter monitoring in diabetic patients is good,which can effectively improve patients′self-management ability,stabilize blood sugar level,improve patients′quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
