基于虚拟仿真的防原医学线上小班实践教学探索

摘要 为了保证防原医学实践课教学授课的顺利进行,海军军医大学舰船辐射医学防护教研室借助核应急医学救援虚拟仿真实践教学平台,开展了基于虚拟仿真的防原医学线上小班实践教学活动,针对教学设计、教学过程、教学效果等进行了一系列有益的探索,并与以往线下授课的实践教学效果进行对比,发现基于虚拟仿真的防原医学线上实践教学能够克服现场实践教学无法开展的不足,有效满足实践教学需求。课程结束后通过与学员和主讲教员进行交流发现,基于虚拟仿真的线上实践教学比现场实践教学更能调动学员积极性,在切实提高了学员操作能力与协作能力的同时,取得了非常好的实践教学效果。 In order to guarantee the teaching quality of practice course of nuclear protection medicine during the COVID-19 epidemic,the authors explored online practice teaching with smaller class size based on virtual simulation teaching platform of nuclear emergency medical rescue,and conducted a series of reforms in teaching design and teaching process.It proves that the online teaching based on virtual simulation can meet the needs of the students during the COVID-19 epidemic.Compared with traditional practice teaching,the online practice teaching based on virtual simulation can better motivate the students and achieve better teaching effect,and the students have improved their operation ability and collaboration ability.
