油佐剂口蹄疫疫苗稀释猪瘟和猪伪狂犬病活疫苗混合免疫的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确猪场常用的油佐剂灭活疫苗与活疫苗混合后的免疫效果,本研究采用油佐剂猪口蹄疫O型、A型二价灭活疫苗与猪瘟活疫苗、猪伪狂犬病活疫苗混合后免疫60日龄商品猪,比较上述疫苗混合免疫与单独免疫之间的差异;通过检测各组免疫前后的抗体水平变化、细胞因子水平变化,评估混合免疫效果。结果显示,无论是混合免疫组还是单独免疫组,在二次免疫后4周,口蹄疫病毒抗体水平100%达到>1∶128,混合免疫不影响口蹄疫疫苗的免疫效果;与单独免疫组相比,混合免疫组猪瘟病毒抗体水平无显著差异(P>0.05),而猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体水平极显著提升(P<0.01),表明油佐剂猪口蹄疫O型、A型二价灭活疫苗混合猪伪狂犬病活疫苗免疫能有效提升猪伪狂犬病活疫苗的免疫效果。结果表明,采用油佐剂口蹄疫疫苗稀释猪瘟、猪伪狂犬病活疫苗进行混合免疫不影响口蹄疫疫苗、猪瘟活疫苗的免疫效果,但可以极显著(P<0.01)的提升猪伪狂犬病活疫苗的免疫效果。 In order to evaluate the immune efficacy of mixed vaccines for pigs,this study mixed swine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)type O and type A bivalent inactivated vaccine containing oil adjuvant with live classical swine fever(CSF)vaccine and live swine pseudorabies(PR)vaccine,and utilized to immunize commercial pigs aged 60 days.The immune effects of mixed as well as single vaccines were assessed by detecting the changes of antibody levels and cytokine levels before and after immunization in each group.The results showed that in both mixed and single immunization groups,FMDV antibody titers reached>1∶128 four weeks after the second immunization;mixed immunization did not affect the immune effect of FMD vaccine;there was no significant difference in the level of CSFV antibody between the mixed and single immunization groups(P>0.05),but the improvement effect of PRVgB antibody was more significant(P<0.01),indicating that the immunization of swine FMD type O and type A bivalent inactivated vaccine containing oil adjuvant mixed with live swine PR vaccine could effectively improve the immune effect of live swine PR vaccine.Thus,the mixed immunization with oil adjuvant FMD vaccine and live CSF vaccine and live swine PR vaccine did not affect the immune efficacy of FMD vaccine and live CSF vaccine,but could significantly improve the immune efficacy of live swine PR vaccine(P<0.01).
