摘要 为探讨VL密封件在实际使用过程中性能指标与密封件摩擦力、变形量等参数的关系,通过试验获得VL密封件的寿命,然后设计多组VL密封件寿命试验,研究不同寿命节点下密封件的泄漏情况,分析内径尺寸、截面轮廓变化、磨损量、摩擦力以及唇口处表面粗糙度对泄漏速率的影响。结果表明:VL密封件在寿命试验过程中,其泄漏速率呈现先增加后稳定一段时间,然后呈继续增加的趋势;内径尺寸变化、截面轮廓变化程度以及磨损量与泄漏速率呈现正相关关系;摩擦力变化与唇口处表面粗糙度变化与泄漏速率无直接关系。 In order to explore the relationship between the performance index of VL seal and the parameters such as friction and deformation of seal in practical use,the life of VL seal was obtained through the test,and then several groups of VL seal life tests were designed to study the leakage of seal under different life nodes.The effect of inner diameter,crosssectional profile change,wear mass,friction and surface roughness of lip on the leakage rate were analyzed.The results show that during the life test of VL seal,the leakage rate increases first,then stabilizes for a period of time,and then continues to increase.There is a positive correlation between the change of inner diameter,the change degree of cross-section profile and the wear mass and leakage rate.There is no direct relationship between the change of friction and the change of surface roughness of the lip and the leakage rate.
