基于重合度和齿数的泵用圆摆线齿廓设计及其性能简洁式

摘要 为推动圆摆线在泵用齿廓上的应用及其性能评估,基于圆摆线的成形原理,以最能体现齿轮泵性能的齿数和重合度为圆摆线齿廓的设计参数,其中的动圆半径系数由标准齿顶高系数唯一确定,进而依序构建出能反映泵各项性能的齿廓形状系数、齿顶圆心角、齿顶压力角、最大困油流量、容积利用系数、流量脉动系数和单位排量体积的简洁公式,最后通过齿轮副3D模型加以验证,及给出不同组合下的齿廓参数和性能参数。结果表明:圆摆线齿廓的设计与构造方法简单,结果精准。齿数显著影响着泵的各项性能,齿数越多,困油与脉动性能越好,但轻量化效果越差。重合度主要影响着泵的困油与脉动性能,重合度越小性能越好,其中对困油性能的影响最大;稍多的齿数和稍小的重合度是提升泵困油与脉动性能的最佳组合,有利于降低泵的噪声。 To promote cycloid application in the pump tooth profile and its performance evaluation,tooth number and contact ra⁃tio which could best reflect pump performance were taken as design parameters of cycloid tooth profile based on cycloid forming princi⁃ple.The radius coefficient of moving circle was uniquely determined by the standard addendum coefficient.The neat formulas of shape coefficient of tooth profile,central angle and pressure angle of tooth tip,maximum trapped-oil flow,volume utilization coefficient,flow pulsation coefficient and displacement volume per unit were constructed in order to reflect various pump performance;finally,3D model of cycloid gear pair was designed and verified,and tooth profile parameters and performance parameters of different combinations were given.The results show that the design and construction method of cycloid tooth profile is simple and the result is accurate;the tooth number significantly affects pump performance,the more the tooth number is,the better the trapped-oil performance and pulsa⁃tion performance are,but the worse the lightweight effect is;the trapped-oil performance and pulsation performance are mainly affect⁃ed by contact ratio,the smaller the contact ratio is,the better the two performance are,and the influence on trapped-oil performance is greater;a little more tooth number and a little less contact ratio are the best combination to improve trapped-oil performance and pulsation performance,and is conducive to reduce the noise of gear pump.
