摘要 油系统是抽水蓄能电站的重要组成部分,其运行的可靠性直接影响机组主设备系统能否正常运行。针对油系统的综合评价方法较欠缺的现状,为准确掌握油系统性能状态,指导其后续的运维工作,根据行业标准和现场经验,建立了较完整的油系统状态综合评估指标体系,并基于灰色层次分析法综合评估了油系统的运行状态,实现了故障范围的确定。最后,将该方法用于某抽水蓄能机组油系统的综合性能评估,取得较好的应用效果,验证了该方法的可行性。 The oil system is an important part of the pumped-storage power station,and the reliability of its operation directly affects the normal operation of the main equipment system of the unit.In view of the lack of comprehensive evaluation methods for the oil system,in order to accurately grasp the performance status of the oil system and guide its subsequent operation and maintenance work,a relatively complete comprehensive evaluation index system for the status of the oil system was established based on the industry standards and field experience.According to the gray analytic hierarchy process,the operating status of the oil system was comprehensively evaluated,and the fault range was determined.Finally,this method was applied to the comprehensive performance evaluation of the oil system of a pumped storage unit,and a good application effect was obtained,which verified the feasibility of the method.
