水电站地下厂房工业除湿机布局优化设计

摘要 针对五强溪水电站水轮机层夏季厂房湿度过高的问题,通过采集水轮机层包括温度、湿度在内的夏季环境参数及选定除湿机的运行参数,仿真分析不同工业除湿机布局设计方案下的湿热环境,获得高湿度区域在空间上的分布情况和不同方案对厂房风速场及温度场的影响结果,并根据不同方案的湿度控制效果确定了最理想的除湿机布局方案,该方案在保证水电站地下厂房环境指标的前提下,最大限度提升了工业除湿机的利用率。 In order to solve the problem of high humidity in the turbine layer of Wuqiangxi hydropower station in summer,this paper simulated the hot and humid environment under different industrial dehumidifier layout design schemes by collecting the environmental parameters of the turbine layer including temperature and humidity in summer and the operating parameters of selected dehumidifiers.The distribution of high humidity areas in space and the influence of different schemes on the wind speed and temperature fields of the powerhouse were obtained.The most ideal dehumidifier layout scheme was determined according to the humidity control effect of different schemes,which maximizes the utilization rate of the industrial dehumidifier while ensuring the environmental index of underground plant of hydropower station.
