摘要 市场环境下,梯级水电-光伏联合参与市场交易,能有效缓解由光伏出力不确定性导致光伏缺乏竞争力的问题,促进可再生能源消纳。考虑日前市场出清价格和光伏出力不确定性及日合约电量分解对日前市场竞价空间的影响,提出基于信息间隙决策理论(IGDT)的梯级水电-光伏日前市场联合竞争策略。运用信息间隙决策理论描述光伏出力与出清价格的不确定性,考虑日合约电量分解,建立梯级水电-光伏日前市场鲁棒竞争模型,研究不同风险倾向下梯级水电-光伏满足期望收益要求的不确定因素信息间隙范围。建立基于合作博弈的收益分配模型,采用核仁解对联合竞争收益进行分配。算例表明,所提策略能够为梯级水电-光伏参与市场竞争提供支撑。 In the market environment,the joint participation of cascade hydropower and photovoltaic in market transactions can elevate the competitiveness of photovoltaic and promote the consumption of renewable energy.Considering the impact of the day-ahead market clearing price and photovoltaic output uncertainty and the decomposition of daily contract electricity,a cascade hydropower-photovoltaic day-ahead market joint competition strategy was proposed based on the information gap decision theory(IGDT).The IGDT was used to describe the uncertainty of photovoltaic output and clearing price.A cascade hydropower-photovoltaic day-ahead market robust competition model was established considering the decomposition of daily contract electricity.The decision-making solution can meet the cascade hydropower-photovoltaic minimum income requirement within the range of information gaps.An income distribution model was established,and nucleolus solution was used to distribute the joint competition income.The example shows that the proposed strategy can provide support for cascade hydropower-photovoltaic participation in market competition.
