摘要
丘脑板内核(ILN)是丘脑内的非特异性核团,其内神经元投射到大脑皮质广泛区域以及基底神经节、纹状体和杏仁核的亚区等其他重要脑区,并同时接受来自脑干和脊髓的上行传入信息的调节。ILN与这些脑区的神经通路连接,使其在意识觉醒、认知过程、感觉运动及疼痛等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文就源自ILN的主要神经通路及功能的研究进展进行综述。
The intralaminar thalamic nuclei(ILN)is a nonspecific nucleus in the thalamus,whose neurons project to a wide area of the cerebral cortex and other important brain regions such as the basal ganglia,striatum and amygdala,and are simultaneously regulated by upstream afferent information from the brainstem and spinal cord.ILN connects with the neural pathways of these brain regions,making it play important roles in consciousness awakening,cognitive process,sensorimotor and pain.This article reviews the recent advances in the main neural pathways and functions derived from ILN.
