关于联盟链金融隐私保护与监管功能设计

Design of Financial Privacy Protection and Supervision Function of Consortium Blockchain

针对现有区块链系统中金融隐私泄露且缺乏监管的问题,提出一种联盟链金融隐私保护与监管交易系统。系统中,发送方对交易额进行同态加密,共识节点能够验证密态金额的输入之和等于输出之和,而不知道其它任意信息,从而实现金融隐私保护功能。发送方和接收方均能够独立解密交易金额,实现独立的付款/收款金融统计,能够用于规划下一阶段的金融活动。最后,两个监管方能够独立解密所有用户的交易金额,实现掌控国家经济活力并发现非法金融活动等行为的功能。与现有方案相比,上述方案仅增加了较短的密文长度,但添加了两个独立的接收方。实验结果表明,上述方案中加密效率和各个接收方解密效率均较高。

To solve the problem of financial privacy disclosure and lack of supervision in the existing blockchain system,a union chain financial privacy protection and supervision transaction system is proposed.In the system,a sender performs a homomorphic encryption algorithm to encrypt his transaction amount.Consensus nodes in the system can verify that the input sum of the encrypted amount is equal to the output sum without knowing any amount information.Therefore,it has the capability of financial privacy protection.Furthermore,both the sender and the receiver can decrypt the transaction amount independently,realize independent payment/collection financial statistics,which can be used to plan the financial activities in the next stage.Finally,two supervisors can independently decrypt all user’s transaction amount,so that they can independently accurately know the economic vitality of the country and control it.Besides,they can detect illegal activities such as money laundering.Compared with the existing scheme,our scheme only adds fairly short ciphertexts,but adds two independent receivers.Experimental results show that the encryption and decryption efficiency of our scheme is very high.
