消费驱动下黄河流域隐含碳流动特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 黄河流域在中国经济社会发展和生态安全方面具有十分重要的地位,资源和能源聚集导致该流域内产生了高CO_(2)排放。现有研究中少有聚焦黄河流域CO_(2)减排的,且对排放的规律性尚待进一步挖掘。基于黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展背景及“双循环”发展新格局对消费驱动的要求,基于多区域投入产出(MRIO)分析框架,利用2015年多区域投入产出表,对黄河流域消费驱动下的产业与CO_(2)流动进行核算,并分别从省级层面和部门层面进行分析,研究各省份、各部门的产出与CO_(2)排放在黄河流域内外双循环中的特点。结果表明:黄河流域上游地区经济发展及CO_(2)排放受外省消费驱动较小;中下游地区CO_(2)排放量较高,主要受流域外省份消费驱动。带来高CO_(2)排放的主要产业为电力、煤气及水的生产和供应业,应开发可再生能源电力产业,促进清洁高效发展。 The Yellow River Basin plays a very important role in China′s economic and social development and ecological security.The accumulation of resources and energy has resulted in high CO_(2) emissions in the basin.At present,there are few studies on CO_(2) emission reduction in the Yellow River Basin,and the regularity of regional carbon emissions needs to be further explored. Based on the background of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Ba-sin and the requirements of the new pattern of ″double cycle″ development for consumption driven and the multi-regional in-put- output (MRIO) analysis framework, this paper uses the 2015 multi-regional input-output table to calculate the industry and CO_(2) flow driven by consumption in the Yellow River Basin. This study analyzes the characteristics of the output and CO_(2) emissions of each province and department in the internal and external double cycle of the Yellow River Basin from the provincial and departmental levels. The results show that the economic development and CO_(2) emissions in the upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin are less driven by the consumption of other provinces, while the CO_(2) emissions in the middle and lower reaches are higher and are mainly driven by the consumption of provinces outside the basin. The main industries with high CO_(2) emissions are the production and supply of electricity, gas and water, and the renewable energy power industry should be developed to promote clean and efficient development.
