摘要
为更好地应对洞庭湖特大洪水灾害,降低洪涝损失,以2020年洞庭湖特大洪水为研究对象,分析了洞庭湖区降雨情况、洪水过程以及上下游水库调度等,梳理了2020年洞庭湖特大洪水防御体系方式和效果,探讨了洞庭湖洪水防御体系作用和优化空间。结果表明:2020年洞庭湖洪水在各部门的监测预报、水利工程联合调度情况下,取得了较好的防汛减灾效果。研究成果可为洞庭湖区防汛工作提供参考。
In order to better cope with the extreme flood of Dongting Lake and reduce flood losses,we analyzed the rainfall situation,flood process and upstream and downstream reservoir regulation in Dongting Lake basin.Then methods and effects of Dongting Lake flood control system in 2020 were summarized,and the function and optimization space of Dongting Lake flood control system were discussed.The results showed that under the condition of monitoring and forecasting of Dongting Lake flood in 2020 by various departments and joint dispatching of water conservancy projects,good flood control and disaster reduction results were achieved.The results could provide scientific support for the flood control of Dongting Lake in the future.
