摘要
北方河网地区水系大多为雨源性河流,径流量主要来源于本区域降雨,生态补水量不足,水环境容量非常有限;且由于河网地区地势平坦、水体流动性差、水动力不足,水体自净能力较差,可消纳污染物的能力进一步降低,容易出现反复黑臭。以菏泽市为例,分析了城区水系现状存在的问题及成因,遵循“源头减排、过程控制、末端治理”的全过程治理思路,制定了“控源截污、内源治理、生态修复、活水保质”系统措施体系,为北方平原河网地区黑臭水体治理提供参考。
Most rivers in North China are rain-source rivers and the main source of the runoff volume is regional rainfall.For the lack of natural runoff and ecological water supplement,the water environment capacity is significantly limited.Moreover,the river network region features flat land,poor flowability and inadequate hydrodynamic force,therefore poor self-purification capacity and pollutant-absorption capacity of water,and frequent degradation result in the black and odorous condition.In this paper,through analysis of the existing problems of the urban water system in Heze City and the causes thereof,following the whole-journey treatment philosophy of“reducing pollution discharge at source,strict control in process,and treatment at end”,the system of countermeasures emphasizing“source control and sewage interception,endogenous treatment,ecological rehabilitation,and water quality restoration”is established,hoping to provide reference for the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in the plain river network region in the north China.
