沿江感潮段闸站流量实时监测系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对沿江闸站地理位置分散,水位、流量不断变化,以及传统人工测验工作量大、报汛方式落后、资料整编繁琐等特性,整合沿江闸站硬件设施和软件基础,开发基于云平台的沿江闸站流量实时监测系统。通过水闸现场采集单元采集闸站闸位数据并发送到互联网云平台,在云端利用水力因素法与一潮推流法计算实时流量,再经过数据服务程序对数据进行分析处理、存储、发布,实现了不同水位、水情条件下流量实时在线监测、自动测报及入库管理,满足了水情数据时效性要求。沿江闸站流量监测系统的建设进一步提升了水文信息共享和综合应用水平,有助于水资源的精准调度。 According to the characteristics of scattered geographical location,changing water level and flow of sluice stations along the river,as well as the characteristics of large workload of traditional manual test,backward flood reporting methods and cumbersome data compilation,the hardware facilities and software foundation of sluice stations along the river were integrated and a real-time flow monitoring system of sluice stations along the river was developed based on cloud platform.The gate position data of sluice gate is collected by the gate site acquisition unit and sent to the Internet cloud platform.The real-time flow is calculated by using the hydraulic factor method and one-tide flow calculation method in the cloud,and then the data is analyzed,processed,stored and released through the data service program,so as to realize the real-time online monitoring,automatic measurement and reporting and warehousing management of the flow under different water levels and flow conditions,meet the timeliness requirements for hydrological data.The construction of flow monitoring system of sluice stations along the river improved the level of hydrological information sharing and comprehensive application in Taizhou,and effectively improved the ability of Taizhou water resources to accurately dispatch water conservancy and serve local development.
