摘要
新疆地区冬季与夏季温差大,为保证沥青混合料高低温路用性能在该地区气候条件下满足要求,拟通过在沥青混合料里掺加纤维的方法提升其路用性能。基于室内试验研究纤维种类和掺量对AC-20沥青混合料的性能影响规律,结果表明:AC-20沥青混合料中掺加纤维后,混合料性能随纤维掺量增加呈先提高后降低的趋势;当玄武岩纤维、木质素纤维和聚酯纤维的掺量分别为0.3%、0.4%和0.2%时,纤维沥青混合料的综合性能较优,可在实际工程中推广应用。
In order to meet the requirements of high and low temperature performance of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang,it is proposed to improve its road performance by adding fiber to asphalt mixture.Based on laboratory tests,this paper studies the effects of fiber types and fiber content on the properties of AC-20 mixture.The results show that the performance of AC-20 mixture increases first and then decreases with the increase of fiber content.When the contents of basalt fiber,lignin fiber and polyester fiber are 0.3%,0.4%and 0.2%respectively,the comprehensive performance of fiber asphalt mixture is better,which is recommended to be popularized and applied in practical engineering.
